Pat, I almost have a requirement that any place I'd relocate would be within regular shopping distance from Trader Joe's. My local is 3.8 miles, or as Google Maps calculates, 10 minutes away. Of course, there is sometimes traffic or parking to consider, but basically I can run up there any time I want. I wish everyone had a local Trader Joe's! The sprouts are just plain.
